JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Baker Sanders law firm seeks an upper level Manager with a minimum of five years related experience to help start a new practice area within the firm.  The position entails working knowledge of how to conduct asset searches. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the consumer debt collection process before, during and after trial. He/She should be a self starter, have the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities as well as manage others.

Upper level Collectors can also apply as positions are also available.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL

-Bachelors Degree or seven years experience in the field.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Compliance with Fair Debt Collections Practices guidelines as well as NYS laws.
-Working knowledge of the Litigation practice and law firm environment.
-Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
-Telephone contacts and negotiation skills.
-Ability to setup and enforce rules and protocols.
