Computershare Service Manager

Reporting to the Manager of Client Services, Computershare Communication Services (CCS), this position is responsible for developing and leading the CCS Computershare Client Services team at a national level. The Computershare Service Manager will actively promote CCS products and services, ensure revenue opportunities are maximized and quality measures are met or exceeded, as well as manage internal and external client and staff relationships ensuring satisfaction, fostering growth and driving profitability

Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of transfer agent roles and responsibilities and associated client print , mail and electronic delivery requirements and timelines
Past leadership and account management experience
Proven experience in a customer service role
Exhibit strong time management skills
Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
Sense of urgency & experience in meeting deadlines
Strong communication & written skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Self motivated
Takes responsibility for job activity through to completion
Ability to develop positive working relationships with internal/external clients and co-workers
Demonstrates a focus on quality and process improvement
