Assist chief compliance officer and compliance staff of a FINRA and Exchange Member firm engaged in the business of stock execution, with enforcing rules and procedures to ensure the firmâ€™s compliance with exchange and FINRA rules.Â Maintain spreadsheets, assist in firmâ€™s books and records keeping, respond to regulatory inquiries, draft compliance memos, assist CCO in execution of various compliance duties.Â Report directly to CCO.
