Compensation Analyst

*Identify market data resources and coordinate survey submissions globally; *Provide adhoc compensation advice to HR Client Managers, including job evaluation and band assignments; *Partner with HR Client Managers for communications of program initiatives. Additionally, coordinate and facilitate company-wide compensation planning processes: *Serve as process owner for global salary planning & bonus planning processes *Work with HR Systems team to coordinate use of Oracle Compensation Workbench (application used for annual comp processes); *Will require occasional schedule flexibility during peak times. Provide occasional analysis and support for compensation projects: *Internal pay equity testing *FLSA reviews Basic Candidate Qualifications: *BA/BS and 3-5 years of HR/Compensation experience. *Working knowledge of job pricing / market benchmarking practices, and US compliance practices (FLSA, OFCCP testing, etc.). *Strong analytical skills - able to form creative solutions for complex issues *Strong microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of MS Powerpoint and MS Word *Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to work within a team and across a matrix environment *Work well with sensitive compensation matters and maintain absolute confidentiality. *Accountable & results-oriented - works well under pressure *Cultural awareness Preferred Candidate Qualifications: *CCP or similar designation *International compensation experience *Experience with Oracle HR
