Communications Specialist

Partner with the Client Service Team to consistently delivery world class service to Allegiant and their customers.This individual will report to the 401(k) business line and will provide pro-active consultation through meetings and presentations to Retirement Plan clients, internal relationship managers, and the plan participants. Our goal is to increase employee participation and awareness by conducting various types of on-site retirement meetings and web-casts. These meetings should be conducted in a professional and friendly manner using a simple and easily understood language. Prepare materials and presentations for meetings. Ensure materials are delivered on a timely basis. Keep abreast of the retirement industry. Assist with the evaluation of communications service practices and contribute to projects related to communication services and product development.QualificationsTo qualify, a Bachelor degree in a business related field or the equivalent combination of education and knowledge of investment principals plus ERISA, IRS and DOL regulations. ASPPA or CEBS designation is preferred. Previous experience conducting presentations is required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.Travel requirements: 60-80% of the time.
