Position Description:This position will be a part of Genworth Financial’s Corporate Communications team, responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies designed to increase employees’ awareness and understanding of key business issues, align employees with corporate and business strategy, and help to build enhanced morale. To that end, this position will:· Develop engaging communications and events to educate employees about Genworth’s vision, purpose, and corporate and business strategy, with particular focus on our corporate priorities, brand, and values. · Serve as communications counsel for senior leaders in Headquarters, providing proactive communications support for their business needs. Work with partners in other areas of communications to develop integrated communications strategies. · Support our communications efforts to produce a robust pipeline of content for the intranet and internet.· Serve as a member of the Organizational Communications team, sharing best practices and developing strategies to educate and engage associates.
