Commissions Representative

Description:Job Summary and Mission:As a Commissions Representative in the Financial Analyst (FA) Compensation department you assist in the input and analysis of Financial Advisor compensation. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of FA compensation data into the commissions system and will provide customer service to internal clients, Branch Management personnel, Product Area Representatives and Financial Advisor's.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure correct and timely payment of Financial Advisors through efficient use of the FA Commissions System.- Process compensation arragements, i.e., draws, payout deals, and FA adjustments.- Set up new FA numbers and split numbers.- Prepare FA Production and Compensentation Schedules for manual adjustments and/or FA disability payments.- Review and input commission/revenue adjustments.- Answer calls to the FA Compensation hotline.- Research and resolve questions and issues on commissions related topics.Qualifications:- 2 years experience- Bachelor's Degree, Business / Finance preferred.- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to deliver high quality work.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Able to prioritize and work effectively and independently.- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceWe can offer you an exciting, fast-paced working environment, a culture of mutual respect and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth.Job Location: Weehawken (Home Office), NJJob Number: RUSAUBS219-610546Company URL: http://www.ubs.com/Company Profile:UBS is a leading global financial services firm.
