Collections Representative / Customer Service

Established law firm is expanding their business to include creditor rights representation for one of the nation’s largest debt buyers.   We are looking for dedicated, motivated, and hard working individuals that desire to reach new heights in their career both professionally and financially.  You would be responsible for aligning yourself with our client, legal team and collection professionals providing financial options to consumers and / or companies who have outstanding invoices due.

This is an entry level position where your primary goal is to secure payment on delinquent accounts voluntarily by negotiating payment in full in the shortest time frame possible, without resorting to legal action. We are NOT looking for applicants with previous experience but those individuals who are able to retain information with a strong sense of organization; internet and data entry skills; and the willingness to engage in negotiations while communicating the position of our client(s).

We are looking for detailed, goal oriented individuals who are able to establish rapport over the telephone determining the best course of action for payment.  You will need to obtain and evaluate financial information; monitor and update status of accounts and recommend appropriate legal action should voluntary payment not be obtained.

If you have been waiting for an opportunity to start or change your career within a professional company that does more than claim

“ Our employees are our greatest asset ”

Don’t delay… send your confidential resume today and make 2008 great !
