We are a company located in Paramus, NJ with over 25 years experience in the real estate market place providing a unique opportunity  for a Co-op to convert to Condominium.  We have successfully transferred ownership from thousands of shareholders of these cooperatives to individual condominium units resulting in an immediate increase in their property value along with other benefits of homeownership.

Position Description:

 

The ideal candidate must be self-confident and possess initiative with excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.  He / She will be part of our team of specialists with responsibility for educating our clients and assisting them throughout the process of converting their units from co-op to condominium.  He / She will join the team in greeting the clients at off-site meetings and will meet with the clients in one-on-one interviews and discussions.  He / She will be required to participate with facilitating and coordinating meetings with our affiliates and their interaction with our clients. He / She will need to be flexible and creative to bring projects to a successful close; specifically because each project is faced with unique challenges. He / She will work as a team player to assure that the project remains on schedule and is capable of overcoming obstacles that may arise.  He / She are wiling to work hard to help us achieve our goals.

 

Requirements and Qualifications At least three years work experience in an office environment Proficiency with the following software: MS Excel, MS Word, MS, PowerPoint, Web browser and Email software Ability to conduct extensive search for new technologies and products as needed for a given project. Evening and week-end hours  be required Must be authorized to work in USA
