Client Specialist
Client Specialist – Ref # 77316
Client Service Representative renders a variety of customer services to our clients through application of knowledge of our organization, its services and products. Answers inbound calls, review and collect client information to determine requirements for service solutions. Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints; requires analysis of situations to determine the best use of resources and to be in compliance for Retail clients. Informs and educates clients of specific requirements and responsibilities of retirement and non-retirement accounts. Adds value by uncovering new or additional assets for our load and no-load mutual funds. Provides detailed fund information, including analysis of performance, prices, market conditions and industry trends and other information that provides added value to our customers. Upon successful completion of a comprehensive training program, representatives will be sponsored for NASD Series 6 and NASD Series 63 exams. The Series 6 and Series 63 licenses are required for this position. Independent study to prepare for the NASD exams is required. Pass a comprehensive training program of 4-6 weeks of classroom training; including written exams and telephone simulation exams.
Client Specialist Skills Required. Bachelor’ degree or minimum two-year customer contact experience. Ability to obtain NASD Series 6 & NASD Series 63 licenses within 6 months of hire date. Demonstrates a customer-first attitude; highly motivated to achieve customer satisfaction. Demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in difficult situations. Excellent listening skills, written and verbal communications skills. Flexible, dependable and conscientious. Highly developed interpersonal skills, organization skills and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured, call center environment. Demonstrated PC skills and multi-task oriented.
