RESPONSIBILITIES



Produce both Retirement Plan and High Net Worth Individual new client proposals as needed



New account set-up for Wealth Advisors and Retirement Plan Services Clients



Provide timely and high-quality direct client service that exceeds client expectations



Ongoing client account care and maintenance



Assembling Employee Education materials for Investment Advisors and managing requests from clients



Assist in design updates to various client materials



Assist with securities Trading Compliance and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS



Experience in financial services preferred but not required



Proficient in Microsoft programs and Adobe



Strong organizational skills and attention to detail



Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a team environment



Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
