Job ID: 1291Position Description: The SunGard Transaction Network, a business unit within SunGard, is seeking a client service and trade support specialist. Through trading, research, and client support, the specialist will be responsible for providing superior client service to brokers, investment managers, institutional, corporate and bank debt issuers and money market fund complexes . This position will be responsible for supporting the International Market transactions. This position reports to the Trade Support Manager.Responsibilities Include:. Support relationships with both internal and external clients andpartners in relation to securities and money market trading.• Provide support to all STN products after completing the cross training program.' Resolve complex client issues, research and resolve discrepancies relating to securities and money markettrades and systems.. Maintain business driven mindset by placing the client first and demonstrating a sense of urgency.• Provide professional, reliable, and timely trade support services to internal and external clients.• Develop client support expertise across STN products; Securities, Money Markets and Funds and International ProductsPosition Requirements:Knowledge, Skills and Requirements• Client focused.• Self-motivated.• Detail oriented.• BS degree in finance or related field.Ability to perform in a dynamic trading environment.NASD Series 7, 63 (Series 6 will be considered) or willing to obtain licensing within a defined time period. • 1-2 years experience in financial services industry.Excellent communication and organizational skillsLimited travel requiredProficient in Microsoft Office..
