Client Service Associate - Wealth Management

Wall Street Access is a diversified financial services company offering institutional equity research and brokerage, fixed income trading, and wealth management.  The wealth management division provides traditional and alternative asset management for institutions and individuals.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES:  Work closely with Financial Advisors Responsible for all aspects of client servicing; this involves heavy client interaction and problem solving for high net worth individuals/families   Provide service and support functions including: portfolio analysis reviewing client documents for completeness and accuracy maintenance of client files account creation/termination and necessary database maintenance wire transfers and deposits other reports as needed preparation of marketing presentations Participate and in business and client relationship building projects Works with Analyst on special projects as needed

 









 POSITION REQUIREMENTS: B.S./B.B.A. Strong analytical skills  Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills  Ability to work in a team-based environment  Highly motivated Extremely organized with strong attention to detail  Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook   Interest in building a career in financial services industry, particularly in the area of Wealth Management 

 

Person who fills the position must be a registered representative (Series 7 & 63) or must be able to obtain licences within six (6) months from hire date.
