Deluxe will provide you with your own personal laptop, DSL line, business line, printer, fax, scanner, blackberry/cell phone and a company car.The Client Sales Executive is responsible for retaining existing assigned accounts and growing revenue through new products and services to the client base.Utilizing proven sales skills to closely manage and identify business needs throughout the assigned territory; develop and maintain clients through multiple contacts; solidify Deluxe’s presence through consistent relationship development and networking. Using a consultative approach, meet with clients to evaluate their business needs and objectives, and recommend and sell solutions.  Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual revenue and enterprise revenue goals, and closing sales for both new and core products.ACCOUNTABILITIES:· Creates a sales strategy to continually increase awareness and competitively position Deluxe in assigned accounts in the territory.  Creates and maintains an effective account strategy for each account within assigned territory.· Completes thorough research and discovery of client, including press releases, website, etc.· Effectively identifies client’s business issues, and effectively translates client’s business issues to appropriate Deluxe solution. Seeks opportunities to introduce all of Deluxe services at existing clients thereby increasing cross-sell ratio and overall penetration within the account.  Helps client look beyond the present and effectively positions them for the future.· Accurately identifies decision making process at clients (e.g., identifies those with the ability to make decisions and influence others.  Coach Deluxe with regard to key decisions and process.  Viewed as a strategic partner/trusted advisor to the client· Delivers effective and compelling presentations focused on identified client needs (e.g., utilizes Deluxe’s marketing materials, adapts presentations to specific situations, illustrates points effectively, generates desire for client to take action).· Consistently & effectively uses SPIN selling skills including preparation of the sales call plan with objectives and strategy.· Routinely gathers information about clients, industry, market, competition, etc. to increase sales effectiveness and maintain a working knowledge of assigned territory.· Responsible for closing the sale, negotiation, and securing a signed contract or letter of participation.  Consistently manages concerns & responds to resistance that arises during the sales process.· Responsible for educating each project team about client’s unique needs and quality expectations.· Ensures that contract administration policies and procedures are followed resulting in no unnecessary legal exposure to the company.· Conducts necessary activities to attain revenue/profit targets of assigned accounts.· Drives increased profitability of assigned accounts.  Manages direct/indirect expenses appropriately.· Accountable for maintaining 100% retention of existing accounts.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: BA/BS5-9 Years of sales experience Please visit our website at www.deluxe.com to apply to this exciting opportunity.EOEDrug screen and background check required.
