Client Flow Specialist

Financial services firm seeking a Client Flow Specialist for their metro-west location. Will be responsible for various cash related activities including capturing and administering cash flows and monitoring cash balances. The Client Flow Specialist will ensure the accurate capture and communication of flow requests as well as identify those requests that may require special processing. Will monitor company wide flow activity to ensure flows are administered and processed efficiently. The Specialist will also prepare and distribute cash management reports, review cash monitoring reports and research/resolve exceptions. Must identify process improvements and implement system enhancements. This role also works closely with clients, answering cash specific questions and fulfilling ad hoc requests.

 

Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of related experience in the financial services industry. Must have a strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Access and Excel required. Strong Salary plus bonus.
