Position Description

 

Performs a wide variety of clerical duties including extensions, returned checks, misapplied payments, due date changes, unidentified payments, name & address changes in EWF, and other duties as assigned. Position will also serve as backup for the switchboard.

 

This is a part-time position.  The shift available is 12-4pm, Monday - Friday

 

Qualifications

 

1.  Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
2.  PC and accurate keyboard skills of 30 wpm.
3.  Familiarity with auto titles and applicable state laws helpful.
4.  Ability to work in a multi-task environment.
5.  Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.
