Chief Technology Officer
$25 million global technology and trading business based in Charlotte, NC is seeking Chief Technology Officer with 10-15 years experience and a strong software development/coding background in financial and trading industries (electronic trading platforms). This is a must!
The Chief Technology Officer’s role will be to align our technology vision with our business strategy by integrating existing and new processes. Position calls for a strong operationally sound executive who is hands on and can make strategic decisions that will impact the overall competitive position of our organization. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within our company.
Will maintain and enhance current enterprise systems, while providing direction in all technology related issues in support of operations. This person will also be skilled at possessing vision and confidence in exploring new and unique opportunities. Will oversee technical staff involved in the building of products and services that embody our industry-specific technologies.
Must be prepared to negotiate with outside vendors and service providers. Will have shown a talent for organization, handling exceptional people, and bridging the gap between the company’s strategies and future research activities necessary for growth.
