Early stage financial planning Registered Investment Advisory firm located in San Diego is looking for quality driven personal financial planners. Our planners are salaried employees of the firm, not product salespeople and are never compensated by asset management fees or product sales commissions. This is a great opportunity for the established planner who has a passionate desire to always do what is best for the client while pursuing a terrific carreer track. We have eliminated the sales pressure, ethical dilemmas and conflict of interest issues generally associated with traditional independent financial advisors and planners. Our new business model will benefit our planning clients and your professional image. You will be the client’s most trusted advisor. We also have incentives for transitioning existing clients.
Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor comprehensive financial personal financial plans
Coordinate tax, legal, insurance and investment professionals
Develop and manage client relationships
Grow professionally
Requirements
Great relationship skills
Positive attitude with a commitment to long term professional growth
A strong desire to do what is right, to help people, to be the good guy
Four year degree, preferably finance related
5+ years of financial industry experience
CFP® designation, CHFC® or Masters in Finance required, other designations a plus
Clean compliance and credit history
