Capital Markets Analyst
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
· Review preliminary financing packages and perform cash flow analyses to evaluate and structure financing opportunities
· Research market data via web research and contacting local appraisers
· Draft transaction summary and make recommendations in memo form
· Indentify execution options for transactions
Candidates are required to have a bachelor's degree in Business and/or Finance. The ideal Candidate will have at least one year underwriting/analyst experience. Candidate must be detail-oriented with in-depth analytical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong knowledge of Excel. The individual must be capable of maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
