COMPUTERSHARE USA jobs: CGS - Software Education Specialist

Leading provider of enterprise web based subsidiary governance software solutions is seeking an experienced Software Education Specialist to provide onsite and remote training services to our clients. This is a 100% client facing Software Education Specialist position with 80% of education delivered at the customer's location and occasionally supplemented by WebEx delivery.

The CGS Software Education Specialist will also develop training materials, best practice guides, and technical documentation. Prior experience with creation and oversight of a software testing or certification program is also desirable. Various other special projects ranging from moderate to high complexity in nature, such as assisting in the testing of general production software releases, software product configuration work associated with customer implementations, data migration analysis / remediation tasks.

Key requirements for this role include excellent organization skills,detail oriented, enthusiastic, self starter with strong IT skills and demonstrated client facing / teaching / training experience. Superior verbal and written communication skills are also essential.

Bachelors' degree from a four year University, preferably in a technology-related field such as Management Information Systems.

This position requires Domestic and International travel up to 80%.

Preference will be given to those with prior corporate entity management, business analyst and legal software experience. User or implementation experience with GEMS, BoardWorks, Bridgeway Software - Secretariat, ICSA Software - Blueprint OneWorld, CT Corporation - Hcue, or CSC Corporation - RecordCenter is highly desirable.
