MasterCard Worldwide Major AccountabilitiesTo develop, design, and implement the Sales Development strategy to advance sales force effectiveness globally. This individual will lead regional sales leadership and sales teams in the application of multiple sales methodologies and approaches, including value driver selling, sales process execution, sales management discipline and consultant selling. Specific Responsibilities:Provide strategic guidance and direction to the regional and global sales leadership and sales teams in relation to the sales development strategy andkey initiatives.Guide regional sales management and sales team members to fully leverage andapply the sales development disciplines and management approaches to advanceour relationship and loyalty customer perspective.Guide and participate in the collaboration of trainings, specific market plans,Account plans and regional execution plans to drive application of all salesSales effectiveness initiatives.Develop programs to serve the needs of the various employee populations; monitor and evaluate programs for effectiveness and consistency; ensure alignment with 'best in class' practices and ensure that area objectives are being met.Manage any business partner/vendor relationships to ensure specific deliverables are achieved and budgets managed.Design, pilot and launch and revise when necessary training programs aligned with sales methologies and approaches for all levels of sales using digital media,And various instructional design techniques.Forge relationships with subject matter experts and provide customer-focused service with all internal business partners.Engage with senior level and sales team members in a coaching role to advance the CRM/VDS discipline, as well as, support sales effectiveness strategies. Identify gaps in performance and establish strategies in partnership with the team methods to close the gaps and advance performance.Establish measurement methods for all processes, trainings, and engagements to validate effectiveness and ROI.Facilitate innovate approaches to solve sales effectiveness issues impacting the performance of the sales organization.Develop and execution change management strategies with assigned regions and account teams. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales effectiveness strategies, instructional design for training programs and change management internally and externally. Knowledge/Experience/Skills Required:Demonstrated success in instructional design for electronic media (desired)Evidence of solid working knowledge of eLearning and development, as well as, change management, sales effectiveness strategies and approaches.Excellent project management skillsStrong influencing skills with senior level and sales teamsStrong analytical, conceptual and listening skillsExperience in facilitating organizational change and effectiveness programs10 plus years sales experience and proven successExperience in presenting, facilitating and coaching sales teams RESPOND HERE!
