Business / Financial Pricing Analyst

Seeking a Business / Financial Pricing Analyst to join the finance team and ensure fair and consistent pricing across new and existing products. The Business / Financial Pricing Analyst will review all requests for non-standard pricing and offer recommendations to senior management. The position will be located in Rhode Island. The Financial Analyst will: Work closely with the investment management and distribution groups to ensure new products are appropriately pricedEvaluate prospects and make pricing recommendations to the committee for non-standard business requestsCoordinate new product proposals for the product approval committeeAssist with strategic pricing decisions that balance revenue growth and profitabilityReview new and existing products for profitability, capacity limits and competitive positioningCollect and analyze institutional investment management industry research including competitive fee information



Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 10 years of experience in finance. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.  Must possess demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities. Be able to enforce pricing policy, push back on requests and maintain positive relationships. Should be a self starter with strong financial modeling experience and proven project management skills.
