Business Development Representative

Medical Capital Corporation is a financing company that specializes in Healthcare Financing.  We are a leading originator of accounts receivable purchases and various financing solutions within the Healthcare markets.  If you are interested in an opportunity with an established company in an exciting industry, this is it!  We are currently seeking hard-working, ambitious, income-driven candidates for the position of Business Development Representative.This is an inside sales position based in Anaheim that requires heavy outbound call volume.


The major responsibilities of this position are:  initiate working relationships with referral sources, determine referral sources needs and communicate the benefits of working with Medical Capital Corporation, contact all referral sources within your assigned region, and increase sales for the department by generating leads.


The skills required to be successful in this position include:  excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and follow through skills, high level of professionalism, ability to give presentations over the telephone to decision makers, must be close-oriented, excellent computer skills and experience working with contact management systems such as ACT.  In addition to these skills you should have a minimum of 3 years inside sales experience.


This position offers a base salary plus a generous commission structure, excellent health insurance and 401K benefits.
