Job Description:

 

Our client, an established and successful human resources and employee benefits consulting firm has retained our services to locate a senior level business development professional to join their team.  Reporting to the Managing Director, this person will be targeting upper level HR as well as C-level executives at mid to large organizations in the tri-state area.The selected individual must have at least 5 years of selling intangible services to C-level executives at mid to large sized organizations.

 

Requirements:

 Must currently be serving in a senior sales capacity selling intangible professional services to upper level human resource and/or C-level executives in a new business role. Must have at least 5 years of outside intangible sales experience. Must be an effective prospector and closer. Must be comfortable with longer sales cycles. Superior presentation skills. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must have proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Bachelor’s degree.



Compensation:

 

Your talents will be handsomely rewarded with a highly competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary up to $90k plus commissions and residuals.  Salary is commensurate with experience.  Our client also offers a full benefits package.
