Business Analyst
Envisage Information Systems is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team! In this position you will work with assigned clients to identify their business objectives in order to determine solutions that will best accomplish their business needs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and working internally with other business analysts and software engineers to ensure that requirements and deadlines are met. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Define and document business processes and software requirements.
· Provide support and business analysis to assigned accounts.
· Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
· Work internally with other Business Analysts and Software Engineers to ensure requirements and deadlines are met.
· Communicate effectively with clients to ensure software is meeting their requirements.
· Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
· Requirements gathering, needs analysis, and transferring specifications into workable solutions.
· Attend and facilitate client meetings, as well as internal meetings with Project Managers, Software Engineers, and Business Analysts.
Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s Degree in a business field, or equivalent experience
· The ability to develop sound client relationships with multiple clients
· The ability to prepare and present client presentation with clarity and understanding
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Excellent computer skills, including word processing, Excel and PowerPoint
· 3+ years in the retirement plan industry, operations and sponsor consulting preferred
· Good working knowledge of IRS laws and DOL regulations effecting retirement plans
