Telemus Capital Partners, LLC is an investment boutique that provides comprehensive solutions to individuals and institutional investors. Through our wholly owned subsidiaries Telemus offers wealth management, investment management and capital market services.  These subsidiaries include a broker-dealer and three registered investment advisors. 

 

We are seeking to hire a broker sales assistant for our Ann Arbor, Michigan office.  This person will ultimately report to the Chief Operating Officer.  The broker sales assistant manager will assist the relationship managers.

 

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

 

1.)  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

2.)  FINRA Series 7 and 66 required

3.)  Annuity/Insurance license preferred

4.)  6 to 8 years of client services in the financial services industry preferred

5.)  Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills

6.)  Ability to function in a team environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

1.)  Process client documentation

a. New Account Applications

b.  Check/Wire requests

c. Investment Advisory Agreements

d.  Tax information

2.)  Provide clients with

a. Cost basis information

b.  Performance reports

c. Mutual fund information

d.  Client fee information

3.)  Arrange and prepare presentations to be presented at client meetings

4.)  Analyze accounts

5.)  Assist the client service and relationship management teams

6.)  Manage client relationships and daily assignments

7.)  Participate in corporate initiatives

 

Only local area candidates will be considered for this position.  Compensation package is commensurate with experience level of candidate.
