Billing Manager

Responsibilities:

 Ensure timely processing of billing and that all customers are billed according to business rulesResponsible for understanding and tracking a subscribers lifecycle for enrollment through billingTracks & follows up on receipts & collectiblesEnsures Accounting is provided with reconciled revenue from billingProvides weekly cash projections and revenue forecasts Provides assurance with regards to the billing dataConducts variance analysis Responsible for revenue & commission reconciliation’sResponsible for new client setup as it relates to billingProvides revenue reports as requiredAble to setup and track online billing for multiple web sitesResponsible for the day to day operation of billingResponsible for working with other groups to obtain information and processes that impact billingResponsible for managing the billing groupQualifications:

 

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 

· Four + years billing experience required. 

· Must have Supervisor experience Knowledge of basic accounting principlesProficient with spreadsheet, word processing and database softwareMust have strong analytical skillsMust possess excellent communication skillsAbility to prioritize and execute multiple tasks Ability to effectively communicate with other departments Strong attention to detail
