Bilingual accounts receivable - MaxSys

MaxSys is currently seeking a bilingual accounts receivable administrator to fulfill the needs of our client.

You will not be considered for this role unless you are bilingual in French and English.

Bilingual Accounts Receivable Administrator
Location: Montreal
Term: 6 month contract
Salary: 40 K - 43 K annually

Our client delivers human resource solutions to assist employers in managing the financial security, health and productivity of their employees. Leveraging almost 50 years
of experience and knowledge of the HR landscape, they provide a broad portfolio of consulting and outsourcing services for pensions, benefits, employee assistance
programs, occupational health, and attendance and disability solutions.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will work in a team environment and is responsible for recording cash receipts.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to
-Pull back ups & reconcile the old unapplied cash account.
-Might need to contact clientfor clarification.
-Reconcile, investigate & resolve outstanding accounts receivable accounts’ issues.
-Assists with other tasks and special projects as required
Qualifications
-Bilingual French and English
-Minimum of one year of general accounting experience or equivalent combination of experience and post-secondary education.
-Exceptional customer focus and strong professional acumen
-Highly organized, have the ability to take initiative, work well with others as well as independently.
-Strong interpersonal and analytical skills along with superior attention to detail and problem solving skills.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Strong MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
