InCharge Debt Solutions is a national non-profit providers of financial education and credit counseling services.  We are affiliated with InCharge Institute of America, Inc. which was voted among the Top 25 Companies in Central Florida for Working Families in the past 3 years.  Currently, we are accepting applications for  Bilingual Client Services Representatives position in our Customer Care Center. The training class will begin on 10/06/2008!

 

This position will be responsible for performing client services functions handling inbound calls from current clients. This requires researching client accounts, answering their questions, changing payment due dates and providing customer service to current client questions. Handle workflows on current client accounts as needed. Resolve client and/or creditor issues and input information into a client database. Must be able to handle both English and Spanish calls with priority in Spanish.

 

Requirements:
- 1-3 years customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be available 1-10pm on Mon-Fri and 9-5:30pm on Sat

- Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word
- Must type 25 wpm
- Excellent phone skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexible with work schedule

- Starting pay is $11.06 per hour.

 

Preferred:
- Associates/Bachelors Degree earned or working towards
- Financial background
