Location: Riverwoods, IL UNITED STATESFunctional Area: Human ResourcesMin Pay Rate: $0Max Pay Rate: $0Pay Type: YearResource Type: Full TimeJob Description: The H&W Vendor Manager owns the operational side of the Benefit provider relationship and is a trusted advisor to the business that he/she supports. The H&W Vendor Manager understands and represents the operational needs of the organization related to benefit plan administration and is accountable for connecting these requirements. In addition, this role is responsible for oversight of appropriate financial controls related to benefit payments, invoicing, plan reconciliations, etc.Responsibilities:Maintain an understanding of the corporate vision and the business strategies of organizationMaintain awareness and knowledge of new benefit trends, best practices and industry standardsDevelop collaborative customer relationshipsAdvocate service delivery improvements within benefit providersProvide a benefit vendor scorecard (projects, SLAs, benefit spend,) on a regular basisProvide visibility into benefit vendor budget and cost allocations for each vendorCommunicate service level agreements, and coordinate remediation for those that are not being metDrive appropriate prioritization of benefit vendor related projects in alignment with business prioritiesWork with other Vendor Managers to identify synergies in benefit needs across the organizationIdentify potential benefit vendor related services that can help meet the needs of the organizationWorking with Finance and Audit to develop appropriate protocols for managing the financials of the benefit programs, including claims, administrative services, trust reconciliations, etc.SKILLSRequired: Ability to multitask Excellent problem solving skills Data analysis and financial orientationAttention to detail Demonstrated follow-through Strong analytical/reporting skills Good negotiation and facilitation skillsDesired: Click here to apply:
