Assist with Compensation Administration process improvements Act as subject matter expert on systems relevant to compensation processes Develop reporting and analysis in support of new compensation plan design efforts. Ad hoc projects.  Qualifications:  Strong analysis and process skills Strong results orientation Work proficiently adhering to strict deadlines Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment  Education/Experience Requirements:  Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA a plus 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a Finance or Compensation area Mortgage experience a plus  Technical Skills:  Must be very strong with Excel. Experience with Cognos is a big plus. ***No relocation assistance available***
