BILINGUAL MARKETING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

International Investment Marketing Firm is looking for a Marketing Account Executive.  We are a fast growing firm managing and administering a network of sales professionals in Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Far East.  Our offices are in Downtown Miami at the beautiful Bank of America Tower; centrally located for easy access from anywhere in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, including Metrorail/Metromover directly into our building.  We offer a professional and energetic office experience to motivated individuals desiring a team-centric opportunity.

SUMMARY

The Marketing Account Executive is key to maintaining the relationship between the company and our clients.  The Marketing Account Executive projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. 



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Direct Interaction with clients and product distributors. Provide status reports to management on overall marketing activities. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Coordinates employee travel (air/land, lodging, etc.) to and from marketing related conventions and conferences. Some travel may be required (up to 10%) In addition to these typical duties, may perform other duties as assigned and required.

MINIMUM ABILITY, SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Bilingual in English/Spanish (required) Ability to read, to analyze, and to interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manual.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail. Ability to work legally in the United States.



EDUCATION/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

 Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business or Marketing from four-year College or University; and one to two years of related work experience with Financial Institutions.
