BENEFITS ANALYST

ORIX USA Corporation, one of the largest investors in high yield corporate bonds, syndicated bank loans and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) is seeking a Benefits Analyst Responsibilities include administration of benefit program and leave of absence program including Health and Welfare, Cafeteria and 401k plans Respond to employee questions regarding plan eligibility, options, enrollment and assist in problem resolution with providers in a timely manner Responsible for maintaining HRIS Benefits System (Ceridian HPW) including data entry, preparation of reports, filing and provide support for vendor billing  Responsible for administering open enrollment, including design of process, employee communication, coordinating with providers for electronic eligibility files, and working with payroll department to ensure accurate payroll deductions Ensure compliance with federal and state laws including ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA and all required filings  Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, vendors, and senior management Partner with Accounting and Payroll departments on contribution deductions, general ledger entries, and payment of invoices Utilize HRIS system and other technology to improve productivity, accuracy and efficiency of all plans

Job Requirements:
Candidates will have a bachelor degree or equivalent experience and 5-7 years in a benefits role, strong customer-service orientation, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, proactive problem solving skills, in-depth knowledge of applicable laws (HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, etc.) and an exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc.) The ideal candidate will have the ability to find information and resources on their own initiative. A CEBS certification and experience with Ceridian HPW or other HRIS system is a plus.   ORIX USA is an EOE committed to diversity in the workplace and promotes a drug-free environment.Job Code : 2008-1044 Division/Department : ORIX USA Corporation Bonus : BASE PLUS DISCRETIONARY INCENTIVE
