As a cradle to grave collector you will contact customers regarding delinquent auto loans by dialer, inbound phone system and skip-tracing efforts.
Identify potential losses and utilize collection strategies, training and experience to negotiate loan payments. Perform special projects as assigned.
Job Experience:
2 to 4 years in Auto Finance Collections
Ability to understand the collection process, purpose, and effective methods of collecting
Customer service/call center experience
Thorough knowledge of FDCPA - A must!!!!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong skip tracing and recovery experience
Demonstrates the ability to prioritize workflow, work independently and as a team member
