Associate Relationship Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
• The primary responsibility of this position is to provide day to day administrative support corporate clients (i.e.communication with clients and their counsel in connection with shareholder mailings, shareholder meetings, dividends, treasuries, capital reconciliations, billings, audit confirmation, monthly reporting, etc)

• Provide immediate assistance to Relationship Managers in assuring corporate clients receive timely and quality service

• Assist with preparation for Closings, Reorganizations and shareholder meetings.

• Research and respond to general inquiries from investors and the issuer covering all aspects relating to the administration of client files.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in securities industry.

• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects with strict and often conflicting deadlines.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
