Area Manager- CA DRE Licensed- 100% Commission

         Full time Area Manager. Most hours will be spent in the field acquiring new business. Must be able to create, grow, recruit/hire & train your team or bring on board your existing team. Team must be able to cultivate and grow your own lead sources          18 months experience preferred.          One-on-One Broker Support/Training.          Must possess personal Laptop with Microsoft Office Software. Experience with Calyx Point preferred.                   1099 Payout within 48 business hours. Payout scale based on level of experience and depth of your own book of business.          Access to Residential, VA, Agency-Fannie & Freddie, CalHFA, CalPERS and Commercial Investors.          Area Manager and team members, MUST only broker loans under the name of the Company. Area Manager and team members, MUST only work for this brokerage, and may not work for any other mortgage banking/mortgage brokerage/real estate brokerage/loan modification/debt settlement companies at the same time. There are strict licensing laws and investor guidelines that forbid originators to work for two different companies.          Must be willing to participate in continuing education above and beyond the classes/requirements to maintain a CA DRE license.          Professional appearance a must.

 

As an Area Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, originating quality residential and commercial mortgage loans for yourself and your team, which correspond to current program and product parameters. Develop consistent production of leads for yourself and your team from your/their own book of business, as well as, participate in various business development activities by contacting potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business. Develop for yourself and your team, business network resources for loan referrals using the following avenues:  realtors, builders, existing customers, and other networking avenues. In this role you and your team will take complete applications for mortgage loans in accordance with corporate/federal/state policies/procedures and requirements. Collect and analyze information regarding customer’s income, assets, and debts; determining which financial products best meet the customer’s needs and financial circumstances. Fulfill pre-doc and funding loan conditions. Quote rates and ensure the loan is properly locked. Provide a high level of customer service by educating the customer regarding the mortgage origination process, level setting the customer's expectations and keeping all parties to the transaction informed as to the status of the loan application. Advise the customer regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products.
