Analyst

Job Description:  Sands Brothers Venture Capital Fund LLC seeks candidates for an attractive Analyst position.  The Analyst will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

  Maintenance and monitoring of venture fund investments in portfolio companies Fundamental analysis of portfolio companies Financial modeling and valuations Primary & secondary research Due Diligence Report preparation and writing Communication with clients and investors

 

 

Preferred Background:

 

Successful applicants will have excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills, as well as strong organizational and administrative skills.

 

Excellent computer skills required, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience in database programs a plus.

 

Preference will be given to candidates that show knowledge of a wide range of different industry sectors.

 

 

Education Requirements and Preferred Licenses:

 

B.A. and Masters of Business Administration, and superior academic achievement required.  Major in either business or economics, with preferred coursework in accounting, capital markets and investments.  Series 7 and Series 63 brokerage licenses a plus.
