3rd Party Collection Managers to manage a team between 15-35 FTE’s. Hands-on management as well as good portfolio management (strong numbers and analytical skills) are key elements for the success of the individuals. Third party collection expertise is a must. $40K-$55K base, plus strong bonus.

3rd Party Senior Operations Managers to manage collection managers and supervisors with FTE count of 60+. Major retail and credit card portfolio experience. Strong communication skills and client exposure is a must. $60K base, plus 40% bonus

3rd Party Director of Operations to manage 100+ team, provide strategic and analytical leadership along with some P & L and substantial budgeting expertise.  Ability to compete on major issuer portfolio is a must.  $80K+ base, plus 50% bonus.

3rd Party Collection Agency experience is REQUIRED.  MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE.  Relocation package provided.
