Advisor Relationship Consultant

The Advisor Relationship Consultant (ARC) plays an important role within the Branch Development team at LPL Financial. The ARC is responsible for:   • Handling in-bound recruit calls and making out-bound calls to drive new leads • Tracking and input of new leads into Siebel as well as cross-referencing duplication of web-leads • Coordination of Recruit sales calls and supporting of Recruit visits to the home office • Maintaining recruit literature in the sales library and mailing recruit literature • Supporting the Recruiters and the Branch Development team • 2 years industry of financial services experience is required • College degree is required • Series 7 (preferred) • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone • Experience with web-based systems is a plus • Sales experience is a plus   We offer an excellent salary and benefits package.
