Allstate was founded in 1931 and became a publicly traded company in 1993. The scope of the job is to provide sales and administrative support to our agents and regional personnel. The position will be responsible for: Assembly and distribution of contracting materials to our agents and regional offices, ability to explain contracts and commission levels.  Maintain agent and case files. Assist agents with the agent Website navigation and supply orders.  Assist agents with AllApp(electronic proposal & enrollment system) navigation.  Prepare quotes and proposals. Understand and explain commission statements, both advanced and earned. Answer telephones and provide assistance to agents and regional offices. Skills required are: Microsoft Office programs:  Intermediate levels of Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Set up and maintain filing system Insurance industry experience preferred
