Administrative Receptionist 35K

International Pharmaceutical company needs an assistant to:Manage reception duties including telephone operations (answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, assist personnel with messages when traveling or outside office, maintain visitor log)Organize, order and manage all office supplies, office equipment and filing systemsManage calendar of meetings and travel arrangements (hotel reservations, airline tickets, car reservation) for trade shows and customer visitsParticipate in off-site meetings (DCAT, training sessions)Assist Operations with general office duties and clerical support for order processing and accounting functionsAssemble and prepare binders and presentations for customer visits and regulatory filings.
