Administrative Assistant for an Elite Greenwich Hedge Fund - MK
This premier financial firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to report to the Property Manager of its Greenwich office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a Bachelor of Arts degree and some administrative experience to help maintain their office’s continued success! This position involves general receptionist and administrative duties; such as answering all phones, meeting and greeting all clients and guests, ordering car service for clients, filing and copying important documents, updating company’s website, and other daily crucial tasks.
Ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office software skills.
