Administrative Assistant Receptionist

Small, busy financial planning office in Glendale seeks sharp self starter for full-time or part-time receptionist position, with 1 – 2 years of office reception experience. The duties include representing our firm to clients, vendors, associates, other interested parties who call or come in. The receptionist is also expected to take detailed messages clearly, forward appropriately as well as do some general office work and special projects. Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet research required, as well as clear English speaking with a professionally friendly tone. Be able to multitask, be detail oriented, well organized, and a team player.  Hourly rate of $9 - $12 offered, depending on experience. Resume may be faxed to 818/552-2695
