Administrative Assistant

Join our friendly team to assist well-established financial planner in Golden Valley. We need an enthusiastic, self-motivated team-player with professional attitude and excellent communication and time management skills. Must be a detail person. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience helpful. We offer lots of variety and opportunity for growth. 8-person office, great location, free parking.

You will keep our office running efficiently by interacting with clients, answering phones and scheduling appointments. Great opportunity to use your creative skills to assist with marketing projects and plan client appreciation events. You will also learn back-office securities operations duties, with opportunity to become Series 7 licensed. Financial planning and investment office experience a plus.
