The 12-week internship provides students with valuable work experience needed for a successful beginning to their business career. Interns will work with top Actuarial Leaders in one of several departments throughout Genworth, and will be given challenging work assignments designed to stretch their abilities. At the end of the summer, successful interns who are rising seniors will have the opportunity to interview and receive job offers for the full-time Actuarial Leadership Development Program. This is a chance to receive a job offer in your hand before going back to school for the fall semester. In addition to on-the-job training, interns may have the opportunity to take advantage of various professional development classes that are delivered by the Genworth training staff and take part in community service projects.
