Mgr. is to team with the Acct. Dir. in profitably retaining & growing the relationship with clients. sales & customer support & on-boarding of new business/clients for Experian.   Primary Job Functions:  Responsible for teaming with the Acct. Dir. Managing & executing the sales process. Identifying & pursing expansion oppty’s & providing svc. with assigned clients& prospects so to ensure the retention of current business Responsible for managing the existing business & day-to-day contact with the client which includes interpreting client objectives, translating & documenting clear.  Provides project management which includes identifying timelines & required resources, ensuring accurate invoicing & projects are completed to client specifications; Serves as point of contact for Contracts, Billing, Pricing, Service Delivery & other Business Units Responsible for proactively managing the relationship with assigned accounts during the implementation of sales contracts & throughout the relationship by understanding their business needs, responding quickly & effectively to client concerns & problems & acting as the liaison between the client & internal departments Responsible for participating in the Acct. Planning process & the execution of Account Plans Responsible for management and coordination of the new client onboarding process Build strong teaming relationship with Acct.
