Job Description & Qualifications:



The ideal candidate should have the ability to cold call prospective candidates and build rapport through phone sales. The Account Executive initiates contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings. You will review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements and provide information about the client organization and position. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who likes to work hard and driven to succeed. Someone who wants to benefit financially from their hard work and enjoy the perks that comes along with working for a nationally ranked and growing sales team.
