AVP of Cash Management

Our financial services client located in Stamford, CT is seeking an AVP of Cash Management. The ideal candidate will have experience with margin calculations and Reg T experience. The position will also include some supervisory responsibilities as well. This opportunity offers strong growth potential within the role and organization. Base salary will depend upon experience, but includes annual bonus and full benefits. Below are some of the position's responsibilities

Responsibilities Review and approval of all daily wires, investments, and bank loans. Maintenance and update of banking system. Maintenance and update of proprietary cash wire system. Daily preparation and distribution of management reports. Monitoring and resolution of daily cash breaks. Organize payment faxes and send to Prime Brokers. Margin calculations including Reg T’s and margin callsVarious special projects as needed





Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a hedge fund Treasury role or relevant financial services industry Ability to calculate various margin calculations, including Reg T, and check security hedges. Knowledge of securities products, including Bonds, Equities, and Commodities. 4 year Finance /Business degree a must Detail oriented Good communication skills, both written & oralAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
