ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Brinker Capital, a premier provider of money management programs through investment advisors, seeks to add an enthusiastic, motivated, Administrative Assistant to our Administrative Department.

Responsibilities include backing up Receptionist for break periods and days off, printing/tracking proposals according to established procedures, maintaining/ordering office supplies, sorting incoming mail and preparing for distribution, entering Rep information into Wired Contact, fulfilling copy requests, typing and proofing Operations letters.

Position requires High School Diploma, 1 year heavy phone volume, and customer service work.  Must have pleasant phone voice with clear pronunciation.  Basic MS Office computer skills required.
