ACCOUNT SERVICES REP - OPERATIONS

Brinker Capital, a premier provider of money management programs through investment advisors, seeks to add an enthusiastic, motivated Account Services Representative to our Operations Department. 

Responsibilities include processing total liquidations, "on demand" liquidations, setting up and monitoring systematic distributions, processing manager changes, account rebalances and registration changes, notifying managers of Corporate Actions and entering data into back office system, resolving standard equity and fixed income trade errors, processing stock donations, notifying managers and reps of account transfers and terminations, handling cash debits and share debit balances, and processing/allocating additional client deposits. Position requires a Bachelor's Degree.  Some back office brokerage experience helpful, but not required.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of Microsoft Access desired, but not required.  Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.Comprehensive salary and benefits package. EOE M/F/D/V NO PHONE SOLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
